In all cases, phl63's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the balance held in that player's verified account at the time of the relevant incident.
You may close your phl63 account at any time by contacting support through your account. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
phl63 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these terms, without prior notice. In cases involving fraud, prohibited conduct, or suspected illegal activity, balances may be withheld pending investigation.
